Volunteers

> To be the heart of this foundation by working collaboratively with the community to see that mission of ELF meets and exceeds expectations

> Establish effective relationships with parents, families, and the community

> Provide the necessary support to ensure that the needs of the students are met

> Parents and/or guardians will work meticulously to provide support and insight on the needs within their communities

Benefactors

> Become a partner in order to accomplish the mission of ELF

> Provide the training and tools necessary for volunteer-ism to be an effective, fun, and rewarding experience

Financial

> Implement fundraising activities which will yield a surplus of 15-20 percent of the annual operating budget

> Gain the support of one new donor per year

> Increase already existing donor contribution on a annual basis

Staff

> To secure highly qualified staff and volunteers who will work diligently to see that the needs and goals of ELF are strictly enforced and met.

> Provide internship opportunities
